We have a generic, small and pretty privacy policy. We are reasonably sure this won't annoy you too much. You will require to setup an account with a password and an email address. Please choose a password that is not easy for someone else to guess but easy to remember for yourself. You can opt out of receiving specific types of emails. From the moment you register and begin viewing and listening to music on Rokpool.com, our software will begin to create and maintain your data collection. This is accomplished by monitoring your activity on the website. In addition, your data collection will be affected by other actions you take, such as sending a song recommendation to another user or manually selecting certain songs, albums or artists to be included in your data collection. All of the information that is generated by your activity on the website is fed back into Rokpool software. Rokpool.com also maintains a central database of information collected by the Rokpool software (which may include your personal information). Rokpool.com makes some of this information available to third parties to undertake development of new products and services via the API. Rokpool.com does not process any information related to your data collection and/or profile in any manner other than as described in this Policy. However, please note that, in addition to the third party access that is identified in this Policy, your data collection (including your skipping history) may be viewed by other organizations or representatives of other organizations who have registered as Rokpool.com content providers and sometimes users) and that they may easily associate this information with your Rokpool.com username.
We keep track of the domains from which people visit Rokpool.com.
We collect data regarding the users of Rokpool.com, including: (i) The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user's computer.
